This agreement is entered between:

Vensco and Client: _________ Project Location: __________ Project Date: _____________

1. Scope of Work: Artist agrees to design and install a custom mural at the agreed location. The mural includes concept development, surface preparation and installation.

2. Design Approval: The Artist will provide concept sketches prior to painting. The client is entitled to two minor revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at $100 per revision.

3. Payment Terms: 50% Deposit required to reserve project dates 40% Due midway through project 10% Due upon completion. Payments are non-refundable once materials are purchased and work has begun.

4. Travel & Accommodation: Client agrees to provide or reimburse travel-related expenses if project is outside Artist’s home base. These include: Flights, Accommodation, Local Transportation and Per Diem.

5. Surface Preparation & Site Conditions: Client agrees to provide a safe and paint-ready surface unless otherwise negotiated. Artist is not responsible for structural wall issues or pre-existing damage.

6. Artistic Rights & Ownership: The Artist retains copyright and reproduction right to the mural design. Client is granted display rights only. Commercial Reproduction, merchandise or marketing use requires written licensing agreement.

7. Documentation Rights: Artist retains the right to photograph, film and promote the mural for portfolio marketing, and social media.

8. Cancellation Policy: If Client cancels after deposit is paid, deposit is non-refundable. If project is Cancelled after Artist travel begins. Client agrees to reimburse all incurred expenses.

9.Weather & Delay Clause: Outdoor murals may require timeline adjustments due to weather. Artist will communicate delays if they occur.

10. Liability: Client agrees to provide safe working conditions. Artist is not liable for damage caused by structural wall failure or environmental conditions beyond control.

11. Governing Law: Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the location where the project is installed unless otherwise agreed.
